What is a session fee?
When you see the term "session fee" it simply means you are paying for a portrait session or to have your portraits taken at our studios ...essentially the photographers time to take your portraits. Our sessions also include one viewing/order session. Products & prints are an additional investment & are chosen at your viewing/order session.
Where do you shoot your sessions at?
Our studio is located in Monroeville & all of the sessions are
shot there. Some sessions, may also include 'outdoor" options, be sure to ask if you are not sure. For an additional
fee, we will travel to surrounding areas such as Fort Wayne, Van Wert, Decatur, New Haven, Rockford, etc. Ask for a quote on the current travel fee.
How are our portraits edited?
We are a professional studio and will spend a lot of extra time on the back end making your images look amazing! When you view your proofs, they will include a variety of effects that best compliment them. Also, depending on the session, we will take special care in touching up blemishes, etc. Not sure if your session includes touch ups? Just ask!
What are your delivery options?
Our standard policy is that portrait orders are picked up in the studio. However, orders can be dropped shipped for an additional fee. You will just need to inform us at the time you order that you would like this option.
When will I get to see my images?
All of our portrait sessions include one complimentary Reveal or order session. This will be scheduled after your initial portrait session...usually about 3-6 weeks out to allow for editing...or longer depending on the season & type of session.
How long does it take to get my prints?
Depending on type of products ordered, finished prints take around four-six weeks. Of course, there are exceptions to every rule. If you have a specific date you need prints by, let us know and we can work with you.
